For this lesson, we're going to tugorial about vessel supports. Obviously every vessel has to be supported somehow; otherwise, of course it would just rest on the ground. We're principally concerned with the vessels supported on a skirt. We shall consider each in turn, but first we consider the vessel supported on the skirt.
